Effective from day one despite
antibodies from colostrum
Maternally-derived antibodies (MDA) are circulating in the blood of almost all
young calves that have received sufficient colostrum. The efficacy of vaccination
in very young calves depends on the ability of the vaccine to override MDA.
However, Bovilis® Nasalgen®-C is effective despite the presence of MDA.1
